Rooms are on hold for us till the above mentioned dates and later on we can't unfortunately guarantee the mentioned price nor vacancy in these places. Please note that accommodation cost of attendees of the training event is not covered by the Utrecht the Network nor by the University of Tartu.

Coming to AGM

Rooms have been booked in the hotel “Pallas” - http://www.pallas.ee for attending AGM for two nights in Tartu: May 6 -7, 2015. The price per night in a single room is 56 euros. The network will pay for 2 nights accommodation (Wednesday and Thursday) for UN representatives (one per institution).

As there are almost no direct flights from Tartu, we have arranged a coach trip to Tallinn on Friday evening (May 8 ) and planned a walking tour in the old parts of Tallinn for Saturday, May 9. The coach trip from Tartu to Tallinn is free of charge.

In Tallinn, the rooms have been booked in the hotel “Santa Barbara” http://www.stbarbara.ee/en/ for staying overnight on Friday, May 8th, and spending some time in the medieval capital of Estonia on Saturday, May 9th. The price per night in a single room is 65 euros. All members will have to pay for the room directly with the hotel.

As mentioned above the Network will cover the accommodation costs (two nights) for one person per institution attending the AGM. It is expected that individual institutions will pay for the third night’s accommodation. Once you register for the AGM, please also indicate for how long you would like to stay in Tallinn. So far, accommodation for May 8 has been booked for everyone. If the planned arrangements (in Tartu and Tallinn)  do not fit with your plans, please make a note of that at registering to AGM.
